Your best bet is usually to use whichever ACH platform your software supports.  

If you own the note, why would you need their platform to trade your note to the secondary market?

I'm concerned about the high prices, unless your company offers a way for me as an individual investor to pool with other investors to earn a decent rate of return.  

I know that some rental applications platforms use it in order to provide landlords with applicants' credit reports and background checks.
