I see we are back to the tenants again rather than the system.Doesn't it just boil your blood when you see a family that maybe had a decent job for years and acquired some nice things and then they hit really bad times where they qualify for housing?

Pay for the property based on the current cash flow, which would sound like 25% below market since the rent is essentially 25% below market for the property and make those numbers work...or have the seller get rid of the tenant before taking ownership and bring in your own tenant, if the tenant is on a fixed income you will not get blood from that particular stone...best of luck.

Berlin has great potential and needs new blood desperately.

They are the equivalent of a wheelchair or grab bar or blood sugar measuring equipment for a disabled person.

Anytime we can use a drone and not have to use flesh and blood military personnel etc. is ok with me.I would like to see them enforcing border security with live ammo.

The bait station would have a blood thinner that eventually kills them.

So put a plantiff's attorney in a conference room with an insurance company and they fight it out for 2 days and they settle.If you put an LLC into the mix you better go full throttle because the plantiff will want blood.

Of course, no one ever talks about the sweat and blood it took to save all that!

It ended really bad with some four letter words toward the guy, it still makes my blood boil.
