hi Noe,Thanks for replying as of right now they have 16 units rented and they are gonna finish the renovation in a month or so what they tell me is they will have 85% of the units rented with in that time frame they dont have a management company in place and i would have to get one  taxes are 15k and insurance is 12k  that is all i have on the numbers at the moment.

Tell them pack up and get out ASAP,they will never give you a moments peace.Tell them to clean everything up properly and leave quietly and you won't sue them or hurt their credit.They probably found some place they like better or cheaper and now they will drive you nuts until you let them go so just open the door for them.

We have so much new construction going on at the moment.

I'm okay with it not being positive cashflow immediately but, I am also trying to keep my monthly payments down as much as possible.The main reason I'm moving to NJ is because finding multi family units there is actually affordable to me, rather than NY which is out of reach for me at the moment.

I’ve gone through a blog ( http://www.avonlearenovations.com/blog/home-renova...tips-for-a-beautiful-bathroom/) related to bathroom renovation and there they mentioned about the sharing of space but I didn’t get it.

I am interested in doing some wholesale deals at the moment and then take the next step to flip homes and eventually build up my portfolio with rentals etc for the long run.

Financing is going to be my biggest challenge/most rewarding hurdle at the moment.
