Nevada and Wyoming LLC's can offer anonymity but you would still need to structure them properly and would still need to have an LLC in the state where the property is located if the properties will be rentals.

For now, the neighbor’s testimony should be enough, assuming they’re willing to testify anonymously to get rid of an annoying neighbor.Now, even if I have the evidence and neighbors testimony and decide to sue, the courts don’t grant evictions for breaching the contract then that could be a waste of money and time and it’s an awkward position to be in.

I would strongly recommend having an attorney set up an entity for you, especially if you intend on holding an asset in this LLC.If you are setting up an LLC yourself, it will most likely be an LLC without an Operating Agreement, no anonymity, and with you being personally listed as the registered agent.
