I just downloaded the audiobook version yesterday and spent the 4th out on the beach with my headset on.  

The question I would like to pose to the community is this: What is your version of burning the midnight oil?

Just gets crowded out.Just a common conflict strategy (again, not a magic solution but just a way to approach you see in some management literature)...... actually just a longer version of what Russ and Ben say above....1) Diagnose the conflict... 

Look for dumpsters, check craigslist, put a posting in craigslist etc… How many times have you see some version of this advisement: “We buy houses – any condition – any size – we make cash offers.”

You will need to purchase their ANSI grade 1 version (not sold in stores) if you want these added protections.

I know a foreclosed version of the same (though it is set up for commercial business) was listed at $175k.

Besides  being the "Next Portland" or a better version of itself, Pittsburgh has really been dubbed as the 2nd "Silicon Valley" with it's tech influence largely funded by big named companies such as Google, Apple, Facebook, Autodesk, Uber and Ford AI Initiative among others who have set up shop here.

@Jay Hinrichs , I was just in Brooklyn and there is a 3-story version of this on a corner, with a sign stating it's a concept.

By getting the Kindle version I can easily word search.
