While HUD calls it the "Housing Choice Voucher Program", because it is intended to allow low income people to find alternatives to pockets of poverty and provide better opportunities, the reality is that when someone is working an $12 job, is the only income in the house, and has 3 kids to feed, cloth, and care for, there literally isn't enough money to cover all the expenses. 

Being able to park in a driveway and walk in to the property without going to an elevator.For business travelers, it's about having solid wireless high-speed internet, a quiet place to sleep, a kitchen to cook and eat healthy meals, a desk to work at and a home dry cleaning system to clean their work clothes after unpacking them.

Right now I work a full-time job as a business consultant, I invest in index funds, bitcoin, and some other stocks, I buy and resell high end clothing and shoes.

For example, it's one thing to find some old clothes.

The tenant washed all of his clothing and linens, bagged up his mattresses and box springs in sealed casings, and applied diatomaceous earth around all parts of his apartment at this cost.

The reason is we can turn the water temp down for washing clothes your hands etc. when you want a shower or need hotter water you just turn the temp up and it responds immediately.

She has the tenants remove all the plastic and take out a change of clothes and shoes, which she treats in a small box that she leaves outside the house before they leave for the day.  

It could be a supermarket(a big one) or it could be clothing.

Most people won't do this but if you're really motivate and you have a big WHY, you would.The property is an 1hr and 30min from my parents house so I visit them on the weekend, and to get a better sleep.I didnt bring much stuff only the essential: air matress, a plastic drawer with clothes, my laptop, and I bought a mini fridge from OfferUp.
