Also cities like SF has a homeless problem which is destroying it's tourism as well so multiple issues .

I am not sure what is store economically in the near future as the city is heavily reliant on tourism and oil, but the people are resilient and as an investor I have different strategies for different market cycles so think the future is bright here.
