I'm sure some other wholesalers / RE entrepreneurs will be biased to my opinion but I think the seller is the most important part as that is where the gold lies -- the money always follows a good deal regardless every time no matter your business name.

I bet over 80% who send out first batch and fail never do another ... as for us Californians its like those that got rich in the gold mining days.. they were the one's selling the pots and pans :) best of luck
