I have always had aspirations of becoming an investor, in faCt I do it in a smaller venue with gold and silver coins, but my goal has always been real estate investing.

A good inspector is worth their weight in gold.

I'm sure some other wholesalers / RE entrepreneurs  will be biased to my opinion but I think the seller is the most important part as that is where the gold lies -- the money always follows a good deal regardless every time no matter your business name.  

A shed is a shed doesn't matter if it's only 2x4s with plastic tarps, a cheap plastic shed, or walls made of gold, laws are laws, and if you had read something somewhere, the more stringent follows.

While not perfect, it's widely accepted as the gold standard in small business reputation management.

They will sell you on the next session, give you a few gold nuggets, then up sell you again doing the same thing.  

But if you dig long enough and in the right places, you might find gold.

Everything I've gotten from BiggerPockets has been GOLD, and I hope to really evolve as an investor here, make some great connects, and maybe trade a couple deals.

I bet over 80% who send out first batch and fail never do another ... as for us Californians its like those that got rich in the gold mining days.. they were the one's selling the pots and pans  :)  best of luck
