a lot of the online hype makes it seem like you're doing something wrong if you're not buying, but it's much better to be in a stronger financial position.hope this helps.

"Texas buying spree during a pandemic" - unfortunately many got up in the hype and bought too much in a hot market, assumed interest rates would stay low, and were highly over-leveraged - up to 93% - yikes!

In this case, hyping up possible property price rises due to a new homebuyers scheme called 'Help to Buy'.

However, if this does happen, don't believe the hype when home values "stabilize" and the begin to "appreciate".

This was my first investment and I guess I just got caught up in all the hype of Clayton's podcast and youtube videos.I closed about 3 weeks ago and the rehab is supposedly in progress.
