Hi BP WORLD, I've just assigned a contract on a wholesale deal, just want to reach out to the followers who think wholesalers are scammers and fraudsters, not everyone are scammers we do serve a great purpose to sellers who wants to sell, especially if they are about to lose their home to a tax auction and no realtor wants to list and push for a sale in a bad neighborhood with a not so decent property. thanks

One property I recently found for a client (a large 4 bedroom home with a separate large 1 bedroom apartment in back - I was able to negotiate the purchase price down to $140,000) typically cash flows for $700+ a month, but that's definitely higher than normal, we just were patient and found the right deal and the numbers worked out really well.
