As the old saying goes, 'You are building up treasures in heaven!'

They have analysts that can dig up all kinds of treasure from past Censuses.

Just a reminder, I guess, that the adage "one man's trash is another's treasure" applies to real estate, too.  

They will also not live like you, clean like you, treasure the little wall niche like you.

With the addition of low property taxes and much lower taxes in general compared to Illinois/chicago it becomes an investors treasure chest lol.

I've gotten a few treasures over the years, but never anything fun like money.
