I stumbled upon the BP pod cast two weeks ago & became interested in real estate investing.

Then stumbling upon a Facebook , Go Fundme  page or obituary of spouse or child.

My opinion is, if you know enough to stumble through the system, then do it.

I stumbled upon Bigger Pockets while surfing the Net and have been reading the forums, blogs, and listening to BP Podcasts (so far up to 100), purchased a few books, especially love J.

I'll probably end up continuing to do the healthcare IT consulting that I'm doing right now- I stumbled in to it when looking for a job post college graduation and it's hard to leave something that lucrative.

Lately my schedule had been fairly hectic but my partner stumbled across a Fortune Builders seminar and by happenstance I was able to attend.
