To be honest I dont really know....for me personally its blue collar workers that cut the grass more than 1 time every 60 days and walking the sidewalk at night is not life threatening...that C class to me....lol

Relatively good condition (new boiler, windows, flooring, roof, sidewalks) but the property is over 100 years old and still has some issues that we know of.

For example, in Allentown there is a local ordnance stating you must remove all snow from your sidewalk within 10 hours of the snowfall.

This particular row home does not have any grounds other than a small patio in the back and sidewalk in the front.  

They replaced the main line from the foundation to the sidewalk.
