Another example of illegal discrimination is when you try to buy or rent a house and the owner or agent refuses to sell or rent because of your religion beliefs, race, color, sex, sexual preference or any of these reasons.

I would cast my net wide rather than shopping for buyer's criteria, because as Mike Jakobczak said, a good deal will sell itself (on Craigslist for example) regardless of a buyers list.By the way Cynthia, it was a pleasure to meet you at the Fox and Hound Pub with the other BPers.
