I own my own brokerage so I can do what I want, and my agents are intelligent enough to do what they want without my permission, but I have a small team of very select agents. 

i am following the aution websites and they dont mention any of this, they just put a starting bid, did you find this all out after the fact? 

I've checked out the website for a few days and just now clicked on "Get Started"   I gave them my budget and VA eligibility and location. 

I have already watched so many videos and read so many websites but it just keep opening up more possibilities.

@Ed Riggenbach is definitely a person I would talk to about property management, WHM also has a very informative website.

And 2) I received a video message from the owner of our technology company that they are working on ways to be able to post how much seller's are willing to pay for buyer's agent commissions on our company website (which specifically is allowed in the settlement).

.- Just be careful as many companies are offering flat fees, but do NOT tell owners they may only be putting their rental on Zillow and their website, but NOT the MLS.Renewal Fees typically are flat-fee based and another one-month fee is unreasonable. 

You need to go to that county's treasurer and county clerk website (or in person) and carefully read through all the information about how they handle tax defaulted properties.
