They are one of the higher maintenance items and seem to only last a few years before being loud, wobbly or needing replacement. 

Any other gotcha'sI am looking to move from using QuickBooks and manually running ACH to a product such as this, with the added ability to track any maintenance items, etc.

We have put 5% for capex and maintenance on our numbers and we are wondering if that is too conservative.

When I move out in Sept, get married, and fill my current room, I'll basically be breaking even after expenses and maintenance.
