Bought for $95k, putting 120-130k into rehab with labor/materials.

I will buy materials on the credit card for the sign up bonuses.

I do work at a home building supply store, so getting a close estimate on materials will be easier for me when running that side of things.

The material costs were ~$17K.

That is going to cost you $500 / hr with a $5,000 retainer. haha true thatAnd we can hardly get investors to commit a $5,000 refundable deposit on deals as part of our pre-qualification.Tried offering something similar but never focused on scaling personal consulting so it didn't fly.Was never really interested in the voodoo boodoo guru BS Instagram promoting, etc...But I do believe in selling your time and not courses, seminars and all that mumbo jumbo heheThanks 

What I found helpful was that it was flexible since the whole course was pre-recorded videos with printed materials to go with it.  

With that being said, I learned a lot of lessons and skills regarding construction, material costs, and project management in general that I don’t think I could have learned anywhere else.
