@Jay HinrichsIn reference to how Realtors allow buyers to waste their time and drag them by the nose, what do you think of Ricky Carruths philosophy who is a top producer at 1 million gross commission per year saying show as many properties to buyers as they want, no buyer broker agreements and write low ball offers all the time.
