This is a pet peeve of mine, especially when it's a GC trying to convince me that he has "low overhead" to save me money. 9 times out of 10, the reason the guy isn't driving a $40k truck or doesn't have an office is simply because he can't afford it, and usually they can't afford it because they aren't really adept at running their business, which makes me suspect of their ability to run my job.

No pet addendum?

Long story short, a dear friend is needing to leave an abusive relationship, but her husband has screwed up her credit and she has several pets, so won't have much luck finding a rental.

"large yard", "pets allowed", "XYZ school district" (if it's a good school district)People also tend to like when all the bedrooms are all on the same floor, something that college kids sharing a house, for example, wouldn't care much about.Be careful not to say things like "safe area" (that's not your place to say) or "close to elementary school" (could be considered steering)

A lot of my applicants want to know If I accept pets, and the answer is always NO!

Also, I just found out they have pets and the property has a strict no pet policy.
