I've spoken to a few local attorneys and they have never heard of that.

Are you looking for more SFR in the same price range in your local market?

I adjust pricing based on demand, like raising rates during peak season or local events, and lowering them in slower months to stay competitive.

I would also join your local Facebook pages for investors. 

You picked a great community to join.. have you checked out local comps to gauge the market vibe yet?

Any local bank that does this kind of financing should be able to approve you as long as you have a good enough credit score and never declared BK.
