It may be good to add provisions to your lease (perhaps you could require a medical condition be certified by a physician) so that all tenants are treated equally and you protect yourself from lawsuits.

Account Closed everything I have acquired has been in Wayne area..Taylor, garden city, westland, dearborn heights..I listed a property a few days ago on Zillow and went under contract in 48 hours..I work two jobs as a medical scientist and would go after work or late evening and work on them.
