Think of it like advertising prescription drugs, if you’re selling something that’s an awkward ask, it’s best to advertise direct to consumer rather than targeting the doctors.

I've had great interactions with contractors only to end a conversation by saying "you're rate is more than a doctor, and I'm an investor..."

Wondering if anyone has experience with doctors loan with primary residence.

@Matt HigginsAs someone in the medical field (pharmacist) I can tell you that the coronavirus is a big public health issue but one that I doubt will rattle the global markets permanently.

The amount of people in the US without medical insurance is pretty high, this could have a tremendous impact.I know we can't know for sure the answer to the questions above but curious what you guys have to say. 

You are doing this to bc of your moms medical situation and are trying to set yourself up for the best start in the future.

It may be good to add provisions to your lease (perhaps you could require a medical condition be certified by a physician) so that all tenants are treated equally and you protect yourself from lawsuits.  

Account Closed everything I have acquired has been in Wayne area..Taylor, garden city, westland, dearborn heights..I listed a property a few days ago on Zillow and went under contract in 48 hours..I work two jobs as a medical scientist and would go after work or late evening and work on them.
