While you can ONLY see the upside of having the Federal Jobs market heavily invest in the area, I have noted that when these Federal Agencies choose their new communities, they make the chosen one and break the others. 

Can I hire this title agency myself?

Hi BP users,Can anyone recommend a Title agency in the Trenton/ Mercer County area that has experience with and welcomes wholesalers.

When I owned an insurance agency one of my favorite clients was a former high school principal from Modesto.

@Bill Devola The rest of the deal: we do buy and holds on low ARV rentals for specific agencies who pay the rent for tenants disabled and lower socioeconomic tenants.

You've got to be comfortable more or less handling the transaction "on your own" because it's hard for the listing agent to truly arrive at the best outcome for the seller and buyer doing a double agency.

Do you have any recommended insurance agencies? 

Account Closed  most of the debate is whether your selling RE without a license and as you state getting a license solves those issues.I would also add to your list to simply check in with the state regulatory agency that over see's real estate brokerage activities  and see what the law actually says..
