Roof was recently replaced 4 years ago.  

In 2016 I was pretty much negative cash flow due to snow removal on the roof and water for the lawn. 

I have just been notified that there is extensive damage (an unteported leak caused by one of the tenants bidets) and an unauthorized pet in my rental home that may have also caused damage.

Does sales experience as a 1099 rep selling roofs/coatings/various projects count towards the 4 year in  field experience requirement?

New roof, gutters, wood rot repair, new flooring, heavy cleaning, and paint.

However, the neighboring building is about 20 feet longer than my building so there are about 20 feet where the building next door extends past my building.The building next to me is a vacant, bank-owned property that the DOB has declared an unsafe building due to a roof collapse in the back.

I am not good enough with electrical and roofing to catch what my inspector has called out in the past. 

I don't know, but I'm guessing perhaps there was a leak/flood and the subfloor rotted, and/or pet urine that soaked into the subfloor, and/or mold issues? 

At $30-50/month it ends up breaking even but I have someone to call instead of the plumber that charged me $200 to show up and was charging $300 more to turn off the water to my house when I had a leak.

Rumen - I've definitely thought about driving for Uber, however I didn't want to drive the mileage through the roof!
