It’s pier and beam, looks like some floor issues, in the main room has paneling, kitchen & bathroom needs redoing, probably a new HVAC (?).  

It is what anyone could see that was outside looking in that window.They just need to keep blinds closed.A laser pointer might not react well to the camera.

That's just for the company to put the beams in place, jack it up, and then come back later on to lower it onto the new foundation and remove the beams. 

Usually when I've seen this is when there will be a structural beam going across the second floor.

Having no money can get you laser focused - ask me how I know :)

The property was built in 1957 and the first opinion was from general home inspection and the second opinion came from a structural engineer company who quoted about 5,000 for adding beams to foundation.

That was a few years back, and since then, the plant has expanded into structural beams.

You're smart for looking outside of Cali.We tend to focus our efforts in markets located in the Southeast and a red beam dot on the Florida markets and different sub markets located with in the florida markets

If the footings are good you can just use a jack to lift the carriage beam and then shim it up and sister joists as needed.

I did see while looking under the crawl space that some has already raised a couple beams or joists (don't know the correct terminology.Thanks
