That's just for the company to put the beams in place, jack it up, and then come back later on to lower it onto the new foundation and remove the beams.

If the footings are good you can just use a jack to lift the carriage beam and then shim it up and sister joists as needed.

I did see while looking under the crawl space that some has already raised a couple beams or joists (don't know the correct terminology.Thanks
