If you are in pre-foreclosure contact with the defaulted borrower (where that is legal to do), you may find that offering them suggestions to "help save the house" and "avoid the auction" can get you inside the property to do an inspection.I was at a training event this past weekend, trainer was a PA licensed real estate attorney, and he told how he has a client who is an exterminator by profession.

Norm – all I am doing is giving you my opinion based on my experience – it may not fit for you so feel free to throw it out.Your original question was about wholesaling a realtors listing for more money then it was listed for – all of the info / opinion I gave you was based on your original question.If your asking me what is the issue with making money – nothing – I never said there was anything wrong with it – although Ryan seemed to imply I did say that.I think myself and the other posters here gave you some good advice on how to work around the “potential†problems your going to run into.Like Ryan – you shouldn’t be ashamed of the money you make – none of us should – but that wasn’t my point – in fact – it couldn’t be further from my point.

And someone should tell Dick Cheney that just because he thinks it's a good idea to break the law doesn't make it so.It's funny...I hadn't read his remarks, and was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt (notice above that I was clear that I wasn't implying he broke any laws).

I wouldn't say they are 'chronnies" with anyone in Memphis as that implies they try to hurt their clients, but they do not own their own PM company and that puts them and their clients at a real dis-advantage.
