$95k a piece, all next door to one another.  2 are identical houses, each side having 2 bedrooms.  

The neighbor with the identical house and roof had replaced the slate with shingles and was doing his second replacement before I did my first.The first house I bought was a 17 year old ranch house that the roof was just replaced due to wind damage. 

Regardless of amazingly risky loans, fraud (later found out), or just pure costly mistakes, lax internal controls & theft, etc, not a single bank could lose in this market.

Revealing bidder info would be a no-no, but there isn't reason to conceal the identity of the agent presenting the offer.

In my german area I live quiet, no thefts, no burglaries, no raids and no murders.

Fortunately it's a stand alone door with faux brick on the adjacent walls, so there's no identical paint color right next to the door, so hopefully color matching will be sufficient for people to not notice the difference.

The other lower unit just went on the market for 36k more than what I bought the identical unit for and about 20k more than what I asked.

The two units that I am not living in are almost identical, except one has a finished basement with an extra finished bathroom down there.

We thought that with the RE investments I might be able to get rid of the FT sooner and switch to PT in 5-10 years or so.
