Do you have experience at new construction or rehabbing?

Forgive this not being investment focused exactly just looking for guidance from some experience people 

But she has been a hassle to get to respond and pay.

Because the chances of successfully concluding a wholesale transaction when you lack experience, knowledge and capital are so infinitesimally small that you’d be better off playing the lottery.
