Boys waking up at dawn to go fishing in the river with grandpa, and the girls swimming and baking with grandma. 

I am pondering drop off laundry service, but am concerned about the cost.  

Compare that to the $1192 that the girl in the renovated 1-bedroom apartment across the hall is paying which also includes cold water, hot water, trash, and heat.Now, I don't want to kick the guy out because he has nowhere to go, and he can't afford anything else in the area.

I don't feel good about this, but they are great long-term tenants with a delightful little girl, whom they want to enjoy watching puppies come into the world.As background, I decided after too many bad dog experiences to no longer accept dogs on this property, but that was after this family got their dachshund.

Did anyone else see the work the guy put into the house in the movie The Notebook, he got the girl too. 

Do not get me wrong, not every sex offender is a 20 year old kid who got lied to or decided to make a bad choice and date an underage girl / boy.

One Realtor who used to work at my firm, this girl bless her heart I see her social media feed & every week it's something ridiculous that she is doing.

He's actually working his way towards getting to Seattle for work as an Industrial Designer and be near his girl.
