Dogs, cats, aquariums under 30 gallons, birds and snakes in cages are all fine with me as long as they're cared for.Dogs and cats are documented on a separate form they sign when we go over the lease.

Even when it was empty it was causing problems, like the 24,000 gallons of water that went missing one month, etc.

That is the sweet spot where gas prices per gallon are still seen as favorable but oil companies can make a good profit and keep workers employed.Where I am in GA we are not feeling the effects of more oil at all.

Or those that drive across town to save 5 cents on a gallon of gas.. or like me when ever I am by Costco I go in the for 1.50 hot dog for lunch  etc etc.

Then use construction adhesive straight out of a gallon can to glue the 1x4.

  ( stopped to fillup the prius with one gallon LOL ) and he dropped me off at airport..  5 star service.. however as a business traveler I dont see how this works if the owners will not bring the car to the airport.. and  this guys new prius was 95 bucks for 24 hours and 200 miles plus gas..

This will reduce the heat inside by 20 degrees immediately.  5 gallons can cover 2 1/2 container roofs.8. 

I used to until I realized, I could drive in and out in 10 minutes, I could let them get dirty, and the oil change place buys oil in 55 gallon drums not quarts.

The house is cleared out and cleaned, 2727 Sq' on 2.75 acres, (home owners are claiming 3239 Sq' living space), newly built 60x40 barn in 2015, Well water, Clear septic system 200 Gallon Propane Tank for gas just outside the city limits.What can I realistically asses the repair costs to be?
