I am retired and collecting a pension and access to 401k funds (1099-R income)...so I am wondering how all of the information I am hearing about tax benefits as it pertains to W2 incoming applies to my 1099-R income. 

Two questions for you:- As it seems like you've done quite a few 1031s I'm wondering if its possible to do a partial 1031?

I do wonder how a smaller county might look.

I've been a rental property investor for 25 years.I'm just wondering if you're aware of RE investment alternatives that might better suit your situation. 

I have a duplex which has gas and electric separate (2 furnaces and 2 electric panels) and while the water is for the whole property.I was wondering how I would go about setting this up for my lease?

So I'm looking to get started in real estate investing and I came across this group.i was wondering if anyone knew anything bout them and what they had to say.Seemed to me that no one who was involved with this group was really willing to let me be a part of anything until I paid for the expensive program they were offering.
