if you compare this to traditional HELOC of 30 years, lets say lik figure.com ; dont you think it's better to stick with traditional HELOC due to interest paymet?

I have used both and they're pretty comparable, although I lean towards Avail.  

The CMA my agent sent came back at 210K with comparable, and 200 seems to be in the ballpark.

I have comps from a friend of mine, but it’s hard to compare when they’re not all exactly the same.

The biggest thing that you might not see is that some of these rental listings could be overpriced compared to rental comps.

They are easy to get started with an the support has been OK compared to others 

I would guess rents are low compared to sales prices, because every local is probably parking their cash in real estate if they have cash, before it is worth nothing.Also many countries have no leverage or no leverage for foreigners, so cash only game. 

Inventory is in the 5-6 month range, with 20%+ more active listings on the market compared to July 2023.
