I have a colleague that owns 20 rentals over the past 10 years that are not cash flowing well, I pointed him to this site and the 50% rule, blogs, etc…..He was about ready to pay $15, 000 to a coaching program to show in how to buy multi-units @ 0 cash flow that you need to bank on appreciation alone.

My wife is from Massachusetts so of course a Patriots fan.Not sure who will win it.I do think the Patriots have a better chance because they remember the surprise upset of the last Super Bowl they faced the Giants in.My team is the Atlanta Falcons but we can just never get it together in the playoffs.If Atlanta doesn't go past the first round next year the head coach Mike Smith will either be fired or asked to step down is what I am predicting.

Try to have that part figured out already.Go to meetups (virtual these days) and network with others who are like minded.Also, while there is a ton of information for free online, don't be opposed to paying for a mentor or coach, they can usually increase the amount of knowledge you will gain and decrease the amount of time it takes to absorb.
