I try to be home on Thursdays since in addition to racing, driver training/coaching, and hopefully real estate investing, I teach a West Coast Swing dance class on Thursday nights.

I'm not offering any coaching, but I'm also in Clermont and can pass along some local knowledge.

I started out with my business coach introducing me to a guy that claimed he was an RE investor but really was full of it and was more into multi-level marketing (and tried to recruit me).

Try to have that part figured out already.Go to meetups (virtual these days) and network with others who are like minded.Also, while there is a ton of information for free online, don't be opposed to paying for a mentor or coach, they can usually increase the amount of knowledge you will gain and decrease the amount of time it takes to absorb.
