During period of low interest every post on BP was about cash flow - now that cash flow upon acquisition is dead the only option is equity which is also reeling because price appreciation is finally back to realitypersonally I buy for growth because I buy to hold for 10-20 years or longer.

If the trade value of an old shopping mall is less than the build cost of a new storage space or warehouse, then it doesn't make sense to build a new storage space or warehouse, just buy an old shopping center.

From my understanding, based on my experience buying and selling properties in Texas, any known repair or damage—even if resolved—should still be disclosed, along with a note explaining that it was fixed.
