A company recently pitched me their branded CRM which turned out to be High Level (https://www.gohighlevel.com/vg2) however, the reviews for High Level are not great so I am back to the drawing board. 

If one property under-performs these estimates, others will over-perform and even things out somewhat.

I own another hotel with the same brand.  

Less hassle since everything is brand new.

Curious if anyone else has done 30 day rentals and what kind of traction or performance they’re seeing?

Then decide whether you want to proceed in that manner based upon the risk/rewards of divesting in this manner.Are these properties performing?

They've performed well and expenses are extremely low.

One has a shared BR and the other has an ensuite room.
