I got curious enough and had my agent show it to me.

After some back-and-forth an inspection was scheduled only for the code enforcement agent to... wait for it... wait for it... ghost my PM.At this point, I've advised my PM to communicate with code enforcement in writing as much as possible and to continue to document their no-shows, etc.

As I am out of state, I need to find a property manager willing to manage it for me, and my agent's contacts don't manage college student housing.

For example, in the math they show on returns of each deal, they often don't include legal consultation fee, agent fees, and a bunch of service fees.

I would contact my agent IMMEDIATELY to make sure they know that and to make sure I currently *really* have the coverage I think I do.
