She’s a young adult and an aspiring photographer so I thought it would be a fun and new challenge for her plus I will be able to use them for several years so $100 is totally worth it to me.

I know it’s important to stay in school and all but with this quarantine going on and everything, all I have is time that I’m wasting and I just want to become an RE expert and literally be 10 steps ahead of the game by the time I’m supposed to become a self sufficient adult.  

Sounds like common sense but so many young adults don’t do that. 

Will adult children feel their aging parents are safer AND more comfortable in a 4,500 square foot home rather than a multi-building campus on a couple of acres?

The $2k per adult is also crazy.

I'm in the Midwest, which is typically a year or so behind the coasts so I am watching those areas carefully to see what is coming my way.I've only seen two downturns in my adult life, 1999 and 2008. 

The one "adult" that posted was someone we fired.

I've had pets for most of my adult life and have never seen a single flea on them despite living in New York, Colorado, Nevada, Hawaii, Oregon, and Wyoming.You've got to get rid of these tenants and their animals.

Adults with experience owning property don't do things like that without discussing it with the neighbors.
