If you know something about the property such as a new Wal-Mart or Airport, etc. is going up in the area, that may make a difference as to whether or not you are willing to go a little extra. 

New Wal-Mart/shopping is less than 2 miles away. 

You guys have all saw it before, a large developer comes into an area, purchased a large piece of land and before you know it, you have a Walmart, Target and a whole new slew of restaurants etc. 

Does Wal-Mart fill the isles with patio furniture in November or do they stock Christmas items?

With stores like Wal-Mart and Mc Donald’s, pawn shops, flee markets and other bargain stores, doing better than ever because now, even the above average income family needs to cut costs, is the perceived need for high class, executive office space, with all the amenities, also in doubt?

You have big names that are starting to come into the area including Amazon, Walmart distribution, Sysco etc.

Agree to above ground pool and then go to Walmart and buy one of those blow up numbers for the kids.No kidding!

The Walmart family alone has dumped millions of dollars into infrastructure, trails, and public projects.

You'd avoid the aisle if you saw one in Wal Mart.
