So check foundation, keep a close eye on it for a little bit, take measurements of the crack and anything you can in the foundation to track changes.

Eduardo: I can't offer much input on the crime, but Richmond recently passed Measure L, which establishes rent and eviction laws in the city.

The point of the measure is given the same investment, could you make more somewhere else.

Anyway this morning I had to deal with a leaky pipe on the property and I took him out to help, he was my measuring tape holder and apprentice.

I agree that any risk should be as measured as possible.

Some things like that are also helpful preventative measures.
