By "tools," I meant methods, not free software.I purchase my software and agree with you that a lot of the freeware has problems.The free methods -- not software -- require work, but they do produce results.Any freebie software or freebie program will never make you tons of money.

You need to install Java on your computer to run the chatroom - go to Sun's website and download the software.

They limit you to one half hour in our office as they only have 3 computers and there is no help...working your way through the computer software.

I am a believer that the seller should pay that fee but it is mostly the buyer that gets stuck with it...great software for investors, then, especially if it is right on the money & excepted by the lenders!!
