I had 4 lovely assistants that I think I could have taken over the world with. and after I got the no raise answer, I pulled in favors and got each of the girls set up in new jobs in the company at higher pay grades except for one and she said the only reason she stayed was because of me and when I leave she will leave.

My twins are two, and I refinanced two rental properties when they were babies, one into a 15 year and another in a 20 so that they will be paid off when the girls are in college.  

At the same time our 'shared' office rent was increasing to $1500/month plus CAM.So I did some digging & found our CPA could have his girls do the majority of the 'paper work' for an extra $75/month.

Guys (and girls), if you put the signs out, return the calls! 

Started the trip last Tuesday in Charleston.. then Atlanta... getting my boys and girls ready for an awesome 2015.. anything but waiting for deals we are creating deals !!!

Hello guys and girls this is my first post so try and take it easy on me, but ill give you a little insight on what i would like to do.

I'd eventually transition out to a private property to raise my family (I need a yard for my baby girl) but would like to have it as an investment as well.

The last time it was really high was the girl from Phoenix who was setting thing at 75 and that was not this high.

Nothing else can enrich, and bless, me like helping someone who truly needs it.Our project this year has been a retired missionary couple in Honduras who take in girls from horrible circumstances and raise and educate them.  

It was used for many years by the Catholic Church as a home for wayward girls.
