Most are software services that compile reports automatically.The advantage to having a screener look at your report is to verify accuracy and remove data that should not be considered when screening tenants.I've only seen a few services that offer that support because it's much easier and cost effective to just have an automated service.

This property is in Texas and I am in California, with my partners in Alaska and Penn.I continue to do investments with partners in Colorado, Texas, and many other states that are showing growth in this economy.I continue read books such as McElroy's, and he also wrote a chapter in the Real Book of Real Estate compiled by Kiyosaki which I recommend.

Rather than start our supply list over, we stuck with it and it was not a smooth process and through the process I also learned the savings by going to a big box versus local suppliers results in only a nominal to zero savings and not worth the extra hassle.The biggest lesson learned is that compiling fixtures lists is time consuming and unless you're engaging a designer to spec materials and fixtures to be used, like I do on my commercial projects, you need to be better prepared than I was.

The quality of your list has a big impact on your response/conversion rates.Easiest way to start out is mailing absentees by driving for dollars if you wanna compile your own list.
