Just because you have enough land doesn't mean you can do what you want to do and you might have to apply to re-zone which isn't guaranteed.

Many of these projects derive 50% or more of their overall profits from reversion cap rate assumptions and some type of compression that probably doesn't exist in the current environment.

For actual property management software I now use RentVine and have been very happy, although it doesn't do the business bookkeeping as well (still need QBO, and separate bank accounts, for that).
