I haven't reviewed any of their listings (just other turnkey companies), maybe there are some real gems to be had.

There are probably some gems in there in stable parts of town, but I am not familiar enough with the area to make that assessment so I rule them out.

I wouldn't completely rule this out, I know there are gems out there.

Richmond is a "hidden gem" and you'd have to really want to move there to find it, where as the casual home buyer will skip over it.

this area is very very active, new construction going up everywhere,  recent article stated a 18.00 per hour wage minimum to rent, average rentals are 1100 plus for small places, big university nearby,  basically no such thing as a rehab for a steal,, area just so active, professionals are closely tuned in on "deals"  the area is small compared to big cities so hidden "gems" are more exposed to realtor investors with similarly interested investors.... 

I think that every person interviewed has dropped Gems & most have given a ton of info out.

Recently picked up a "hoarder house" from a tax sale and pulled out a couple of vintage sewing machines and an antique chest patented in the 1800s. 

Do you invest in rare coins, comics, baseball cards, or vintage art work? 

The few interior photos showed some vintage 80's oak.
