I am in the beginning stages of building a residential rental portfolio.

Skip the single family rental stage and go do bigger deals

This seems to be of greater risk than NY.This decision is causing me to become stuck in this "analysis paralysis" stage, like many others, which is very frustrating... 

You'll weed out a lot of unqualified people before it ever gets to the showing stage.

And another question - In BP‘s BRRRR calculator, how do you account for pulling your money out at the refinance stage (at 9-12 months after purchase) and as well raising rents through the years of ownership?

At this stage we are just trying to learn as much as possible and establish relationships with people in those areas.

The house is semi staged and has a random coffee table in a completely empty room, sofas in the living room are placed in the middle of the room which cuts the room in half and the garage and barn just have clutter.

What stage are you in?

I am yet to start reaching out to lenders/mortgage brokers as I feel I am still to far out.Does the BP community have any advise/expertise to offer as I go through the first stages of this journey?!
