If they’re unwilling you should find another agent.

Maybe make a list of all the different ways to get started in real estate wholesaling, flip, buy and hold, house hack, etc.Now eliminate what doesn't make sense, for example house hacking is an excellent way to get started but if you are straight up unwilling to live with a roommate or neighbor/tenant then cross that off.Myself I can eliminate wholesaling because I work two W-2 jobs and I don't have the time to chase leads and if I'm making any phone calls its at 2 a.m. on my lunch break (nightshift) which I'm sure would not go over well with most people. 

Naturally, a lot of us are going to be concerned about the No-Doc Loans getting too big of a bite at the Apple because too many Investors are unwilling to discipline themselves enough to not get in trouble with it.I'll do a little research and let you know what I come up with.All the Best!

These folks have become incredibly unwilling to compromise. 

Still I have this passion for real estate that burns within me and I was unwilling to sit on the sidelines and wait.

So I have tenants that are habitually late with paying rent and I worked with them for a few months until this month they are late and unwilling to communicate.  

We were left to clear the 1400sf house and are now probating his estate as a creditor probate to try and recoup some of the back rent we are owed since the family was unwilling to participate.  

If it ever made him feel uncomfortable or he is unwilling to comply, he will be asked to leave and I will replace him in a heartbeat.
