I'm currently going to the University of Central Florida in the early works of majoring in finance.

I grew up in the Park Cities in Dallas, went to college at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, worked in New York City for a few years, and then gladly moved to Memphis 13 years ago.I think it's a great place to invest and an even better place to call home!

Currently students at the University are paying $6,910.00 per student for two semesters to live in university housing.

I seem to recall your desire to continue to buy within a short distance of downtown Seattle, have you considered taking a look at student-oriented housing by Seattle Central College/Seattle Univeristy/University of Washington?
