Just realize that most of what you do in regards to technology will probably be outdated in 5 years. 

I have fired about three companies/managers...I do it myself, its easy with technology these days.

Being an accredited investor would provide me access to investing opportunities where I can merge my love for technology and startups.

I am not looking for leads, support etc, just ultimately need somewhere I can operate under and technology access.

The copy may be produced and sent by facsimile machine or other device which produces a near exact likeness of the print and signatures required, but only if the law enforcement agency receiving the report has the technological capability of receiving such copy and has registered the towing company for such purpose.

I think the fairly new concept of how technology is changing the need/aspect of something in Real Estate. 

Just curious if you think technology will start automating the broker's job like it's doing for residential side realtors right now.Do those senior/regular/junior agents still get a salary on top of those example commissions, or is it purely commission/pulling from future commissions?

Hi Charlie, In this age of financial technology advancement, a checkbook control IRA is no longer the only option to cut multiple checks from your IRA economically. 

AppFolio has nice technology, but it's a little confusing too.
