Hey there, I’m a new invester right out of college with no debt and a career in my field.

I am looking to start my career in Real Estate investing, the reason I am starting with Wholesaling is because my lack of capital.

I am beginning to pursue wholesaling as a start to my REI career.

I phrased it as now or in the future (maybe even the new career) as that would be a reason to lock in at least 1 property at today’s rates and prices.Ps.

My career goal is to one day design and build large, modern homes and I have access to the money required through investors, but having my dad on board is my number one priority.Build a successful real estate portfolio.

Now I've shifted careers to help grow our contracting business and flip houses as a family.

At a certain point in an investor’s career, the investor’s time value may become too great to deal with all the hassles of crappy properties.

My deal flow and stage of my career is such that I'm selling properties all across the great LA region.
