Society will finally see the enormity of the fraud in the silver market.

Affordability is still lower, so it just remains more of a rental society in SF especially - less so around the periphery.

As Americans do we really want to live society were law enforcement officers have the perogative to stop you and ask you for identification because you "look" like an illegal alien?

If Fannie and Freddie weren't there to buy, and the laws weren't there to require banks to lend, most of those loans would've never been made.The problem is that we live in a society that lacks any basic understanding of personal responsibility with no respect for ourselves, our wallets, or our vote.

We are so brainwashed as a society, that it's easier for people to shun you for pointing it out, than to actually have to think about it.I am not saying we HAVE to abolish the FED, and overturn the way we have done things since 1913.

Most hope to find a buyer that either does not care or does not notice, thereby passing the liability on to the next unsuspecting buyer.In this litigious society, especially the Bay Area, it is not a question of "if" you will be sued but "when". 

When I first started I unknowingly made a fix/flip loan to a borrower that had experience but bought a problem fixer, it was in a historical society, took way too long and cost way too much.
