Marketing, professional photos, and dialing in the rental amount are crucial, and we've noticed nicer units at better prices being leased out much faster (well yeah, duh...). 

Draft a list of FAQs and next steps in the application process... have the person showing the apt hand them out.Lastly, video tours can be helpful, was yours professionally done?

I've been involved in the Atlanta market both personally and professionally for about 10 years now and I couldn't be more thankful that I landed here.

When I used to be a tenant, my landlord had it in the lease that at the end of the lease for move out, the tenant has to hire a professional to clean the gutter, clean the fireplace, clean the carpet, etc.
